Somave Quality

At Somave, quality is our priority. We continuously work to ensure that our products meet the highest food safety and quality standards. To this end, we have adopted rigorous control and certification processes, which include controls from the Ministry of Agriculture (SIF), Halal Certification, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Controls of the Ministry of Agriculture (SIF)

The Federal Inspection Service (SIF) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply is responsible for the inspection and oversight of products of animal origin in Brazil. Somave Alimentos holds SIF certification in all its plants, ensuring that our production processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Halal Certification

Somave Alimentos is Halal certified, meaning that our slaughtering is carried out according to the prerequisites established by Islamic culture. The Halal certification process involves supervising each stage of production to ensure that all procedures comply with Islamic principles for the slaughter and production of animal protein.

Our commitment to Halal certification is not just a matter of regulatory compliance, but also a demonstration of respect and attention to the cultural and religious needs of our consumers. Halal certification expands our market reach, allowing us to serve a variety of customers in different regions of the world.
